About the Innkeepers
Your Aska Lodge proprietors, Bob and Mary Jo Stamper, are ready to welcome you to the North
Georgia Blue Ridge Mountains along with their resident dog, Abby (bassett/corgi mix). Bob recently
retired after 30 years in law enforcement, and Mary Jo, an LPN-turned-innkeeper, are finally
realizing their dream of owning their own B & B after many years of staying in others.
Bob and Mary Jo are originally from New Jersey, but most recently spent the past 20 years in
Lakeland, Florida. After coming to Blue Ridge for many years to vacation, they found the perfect
place in October 2007, moved in December 2007, and spent the next few months turning the house
into the luxury lodging it is today.
They'd love to spoil YOU at the Aska Lodge!
