Below you’ll find just some of the breakfast items prepared fresh, each morning by Janet & Ric and served at 8:30AM (optional times available by prior request).
Includes: breakfast entree, fresh fruit, and one of the following breads: muffins, made-from-scratch biscuits, popovers, or our addictive homemade croissants; and your choice of beverages including: coffee, 20 varieties of tea, orange juice, and milk.
Depending on the season, you’ll enjoy fresh fruits such as: peaches, apples, pears, strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries; and fresh vegetables and herbs like: tomatoes, scallions, sweet potatoes, rosemary, basil, dill, and parsley.

Frittata a la Fred with bacon, prosciutto ham, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and fresh herbs.
Frittata Lorraine with bacon, prosciutto ham, eggs, mushrooms, scallions, seasoned with nutmeg and herbs de provence.
Sausage/Hashbrown Sweet Potato Scramble with sausage, hashbrown sweet potatoes, eggs, onion, seasoned with rosemary.
Aska Lodge Hashbrown Breakfast with bacon, eggs, onion, 3 cheeses, hash brown potatoes, herbs, and Tuscan olive oil.
Mexican Sausage Strata with beans, chilies, eggs, and scallions (just a little spicy).
Biscuits and Gravy with our homemade buttermilk biscuits, spinach gravy with crispy prosciutto ham or sausage gravy, and scrambled eggs.

Macadamia Nut Sticky Buns Janet’s newest creation was inspired by our April 2018 trip to the island of Kauai. Absolutely to die for! Another “Hawaii inspired breakfast” that came from this trip is our Avocado Toast with traditional Hawaiian breakfast meat, eggs, avocado, topped with caramelized onion and mushrooms.
