Below you’ll find just some of the breakfast items prepared fresh, each morning by Janet & Ric and served at 8:30AM (optional times available by prior request).
Includes: breakfast entree, fresh fruit, and one of the following breads: our signature Apple Cider Muffins with walnuts served with Janet’s homemade Apple Butter (her Mom’s recipe), fresh blueberry muffins, lemon poppyseed muffins, or popovers (Ric’s favorite!); and your choice of beverages including: coffee, 30 varieties of tea, orange juice, and milk.
Depending on the season, you’ll enjoy fresh fruits such as: peaches, apples, pears, strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries; and fresh vegetables and herbs like: tomatoes, scallions, sweet potatoes, rosemary, basil, dill, and parsley.

Aska Lodge Hashbrown Breakfast with bacon, eggs, onion, 3 cheeses, hash brown potatoes, herbs, and Tuscan olive oil.
Frittata Lorraine with bacon, prosciutto ham, eggs, mushrooms, scallions, seasoned with nutmeg and herbs de provence.
Frittata a la Fred with bacon, prosciutto ham, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, and fresh herbs.
Sausage/Hashbrown Sweet Potato Scramble with sausage, hashbrown sweet potatoes, eggs, onion, seasoned with rosemary.
Mexican Sausage Strata with chorizo sausage, black beans, green chilies, eggs, and scallions (just a little spicy).
Creme Brûlée French Toast-recently described by a guest as “the best French toast I’ve ever had”.
Blueberry Bread Pudding-served with homemade whipped cream.
Biscuits and Gravy with our homemade buttermilk biscuits, sausage gravy, and scrambled eggs.
Avocado Toast Hawaiian Style Janet’s newest creation was inspired by our April 2018 trip to the island of Kauai. Absolutely to die for! Toasted sourdough bread, avocado, goat cheese, traditional Hawaiian breakfast meat, poached egg, topped with caramelized onion and mushrooms.
